On the meeting in Limerick I would like to discuss the methodology for the quality assessment of Learning Management Systems.
For the product directory we need an agreed upon concept of quality.
I would like to propose a sketch of a methodlogy and discuss it.
We have to identify an minimum definition of the systems, we will investigate, we have to identify major criteria of evaluation and talk about grading.
