The goal is to help the trainer to create pedagogical content, to structure activities in learning paths, to interact with students and to follow their evolution through a reporting system. It quickly reaches a wide and common agreement.

Main features Dokeos is a quite recent fork of Claroline. Both tools are similar, but Dokeos shows its own personality now. A different approach to Learning paths, a SCORM runtime compatibility, a different organizations of a few tools and, from the version examinated, it's available a plug-in technology for the platform extension.
Is a course content management included? Courses can be created and managed inside Dokeos and it's possible to realize contents (pages) and tests.
