This area contains resources and activities for the Working Group on Organisation and management issues. One of the key issues in open-source is how to increase its ability to sustain and manage strageic development paths while maintaining its traditional strengths of self-organisation and freedom to branch into new problems. This WG will report in-depth on this issue. |

This area contains resources and activities for the Working Group on Social, cultural and legal issues in OSS. Software does not get developed in isolation from the social, political and legal context of wider society. How should open-source development adapt so as to meet social goals and avoid legal difficulties? This group will be investigating and reporting on these issues.
